On the 26th and 27th of September, Casa Camper Bar in Berlin hosted an exclusive pop-up dinner in collaboration with HERRLICH DINING, a female-led culinary studio from Berlin, and AERIS, a Copenhagen-based cocktail brand.
Herrlich Dining, led by the talented Hannah Kleeberg, began as a passion project in 2022 when she hosted a summer evening dinner on her terrace and shared the recipes on Instagram. Since then, it has evolved into a platform designing unique culinary events and sharing a love for food with a growing community.
Meanwhile, AERIS brought their signature handcrafted cocktails to the table. Founded in 2021, Aeris focuses on creating an atmosphere that enhances both the look and taste of every drink. Using only natural ingredients, their cocktails offer fresh, exciting flavors inspired by the vibrant Copenhagen vibe.
For the occasion, guests enjoyed a family-style, three-course meal curated by Herrlich Dining, paired with a specially designed cocktail menu from Aeris, blending the best of both worlds—gastronomy and mixology.
To elevate the ambiance, a special line up of revered Dj´s delivered what they do best: an expertly crafted set of thumping tunes & freakish combinations creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere.
